Waiver

I, the parent/guardian of the registrant of a minor, agree that I and the registrant will abide by the rules of the KSE 2025 Summer Camp, its affiliated organizations and sponsors. Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with camp sports and in consideration for the KSE accepting the registrant for its summer camp and activities (the “camp") I, or the parent/guardian of the registrant, a minor, agree that I and the registrant will allow for all images and pictures to be used on KBL social media and website of the parent/guardian of the registrant and the registrant. The KSE has the right to remove or suspend any parent/guardian or registrant, with no refund, if both parent/guardian and registrant acts inappropriately or cause any harm or uses any racial or foul language at any point in time or towards anyone. I hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify the KSE, its affiliated organizations and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel, including the owners of fields and facilities utilized for the league, against any claim by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant’s participation in the program.
